Misty with Little by Little
Misty Danielle Copeland, first African-American principal ballerina of the American Ballet Theater (ABT), one of the most prestigious companies of the United States, arrived in Cuba to conduct a visit as part of the Program of Cultural and Sports Ambassado rs of the State Department.Copeland delivered gently used dance cloths, costumes and shoes in a in a joint effort with Michael Eizenberg, President of Educational Travel Alliance

Una tarde con Little by Little en Claudia Cadena Danza - Raquel Wallace compartió una tarde en Claudia Cadena Danza con participantes de nuestro Laboratorio Creativo del Parque Biblioteca Belén. Además de transmitirnos su buena energía y sus conocimientos, nos compartió su iniciativa: la fundación Little By Little, con la cual ella y sus amigas ayudan a niñas y jóvenes de todo el mundo a seguir sus sueños artísticos. Gracias a su apoyo recibimos una donación en implementos artísticos que ayudarán a fortalecer nuestros procesos.

The event’s proceeds are to go towards TOKYO and Alisha, whom are well loved choreographers in the industry. They recently had a devastating loss when their home caught on fire and they lost everything. In the spirit of Little by Little we are hoping to contribute to the rebuilding of their home
Dance for Haiti
Professional New York City and Boston choreographers will teach the workshop. Faculty will include Keenan Cooks, Hannah Frederick, Megz Alfonso, Kelly Peters, Junior Cius and Neil Schwartz. Faculty accolades include Broadway Dance Center, “America’s Got Talent,” “MTV Music Awards,” “The Today Show,” “Good Morning America,” ESPN II, Monsters of Hip-Hop and “So You Think You Can Dance.”
The workshop will also partner with Little By Little for a dance clothing drive. All dancers are encouraged to bring gently used dancewear and dance shoes to the event. Donations will be given to aspiring dancers of the Jean Appolon Expressions’ studio in Port-au-Prince.
